"Man's Fall Due To Disobedience"

Gen. 2:16-17

Gen. 3:1-6

After God created Adam, He gave him a few orders, Not toos , don’t eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The idea of this charge was more than the forrbiddenance to eat a certain fruit: rather was it that God was putting him under authority, that he might learn obediance.

God placed all created things under the authority of adam that he might have dommion over them. but on the other hand God placed adam under His authority.

#1.***Only the one who is under authority can be an authority.**

27But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him! Matt. 8.27

A. i see people all the time trying to bind and loose things in their life to no avail, and it is because they are not under authority. They are not subject to God.

B. wherever we go, our first thought should be who is in authority, who are those that God Himself wants us to be in authority to. We can find authority everywhere, and learn to obey authority, primarily swallowing your pride, it is not a race thing it is rebellion from demon and devils.

#2 Disobedience Comes When We Make Our Own Decision.

A. There are a lot of people living in disobediance wondering why isn’t it working, why am I not happy, where is my peace.

Regardless of what God said, eve made her own decision away from God, a total disregard of His will. seeing the fruit was good and pleasant to the eye. she made her mind up.

She removed her covering from her head, now we will see what she let’s in.

“Iv’e Got to get under authority” She opens the door to poverty, sickness, pain Hunger, Labor, No Rest.

She uncovered her head, and ate the fruit.

Under authority is where all lthe blessings are, It is safe there.

Your flesh is saying i’m the boss nobody tells me what to do. Foolishness!!! I’m living under His authority.

Consult His Word, Minister,, People, Him in prayer , Him in fasting.

30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. John 5:30

#3. Any Action That Lacks Obedience Is A Fall.

To Rebel Against God’s represenative, Is The Same As rebelling Against God Himself.

A. They were ordered not to become self willed.

B. Eve was not subject to God’s order nor did she obey God’s authority.

As man’s obedience increases, his self will decreases. When we first began to follow the Lord, we are full of activity short on obedience. As we advanced in Spirituality our actions gradually diminish, untill we are filled with obedience.

Most people do what they like and not what they dislike.

Never pondering whether they are acting out of obedience.

Many works are done out of self and not in obedience to God.
